Heru Ofori-Atta was born in Accra, Ghana and was raised in the United States.  Heru has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from Tufts University, a Juris Doctor Degree from Northeastern University School of Law and Certification in Solar Installation and Design from the US Solar Institute.

Mr. Ofori-Atta was a renewable energy professional in the U.S. Virgin Islands where he was a consultant for the University of the Virgin Islands where he negotiated Solar Power Purchase Agreements, drafted renewable energy legislation and worked closely with the public utility on several renewable energy initiatives.

As a serial entreprepreneur, he started a technology business in Barbados and is the founder of Herbal Results Industries where he creates and manufactures plant based health solutions. He is also the founder of Sustainable Results Construction Company operating in Accra, Ghana.

Mr. Ofori-Atta has been a long term investor in high growth public technology stocks and cryptocurrencies for over a decade and is considered a subject matter expert in those respective fields.

His vison is to bring the diverse experiences he has gained from the United States, Caribbean and Africa into a symbiotic solution based company in order to make a historical impact in Africa.
